Invivo, a premium New Zealand winery, was founded in 2007 by Tim Lightbourne, marketing and director, and Rob Cameron, winemaker and director, who left their full-time jobs to follow their dream of winemaking in an innovative and contemporary way.
Hand crafted with dedication and passion, Invivo produces world-class award-winning wines from both the Marlborough and Central Otago regions. The winery represents the very best of New Zealand premium wine growing regions and launched in the UK last year with its Marlborough wines Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Rose and Central Otago Pinot Noir and also a lower alcohol and lower calorie wine, Bella by Invivo.

Invivo Pinot Noir, 2010, Central Otago, New Zealand [Adegga / Snooth]
Really gaining an appreciation of Antipodean Pinot Noir (following that trip to Australia. This from Central Otago is ripe, fresh, savoury and full of deep, black fruits. Add a little spice, a touch of herbs, a little vanilla and the overall impression is good. Try the Invivo Pinot Noir with an Asian inspired dish Poached Quail with Noodles and Spinach was a superb match.
Invivo Sauvignon Blanc, 2011, Marlborough, New Zealand [Adegga / Snooth] Marlborough fruit here so expect that fu! ll-on, g reen-fruit burst with sparkling acidity and vibrant palate. Here this exhuberance has been tempered a little, to its benefit, with a nice touch of complexity (fresh grapefruit and orange pith) and a quite full-bodied palate. Alcohol not too high at 12.5%. Over-all, super.
