Double Boiled Baby Winter Melon Soup with Eight Treasures
Laden bountifully with ingredients like dried scallop, sea cucumber, fish maw, bamboo pith, red dates, wolfberries, lily bulb & mushroom. The taste of the soup was robust and full of flavors from all those ingredients, make every spoonful a treasure.
Baked Cod Fish with Cheese & Coconut Cream
One of the chef's signature dish that you can't miss. Flaky cod fish with slightly crispy edges pairing with impeccable cheese & coconut cream sauce. I enjoyed it immensely!
Deep Fried Golden Mushroom with Fresh Scallop and Shimaji in Broccoli
Succulent scollop & cooked to perfection broccoli which was green & crunchy.

Fresh & sizable prawns served with palatable butter sauce & fluffy egg floss. A dish that had all of us nodding away in agreement :) Stir Fried Venison Hakka Style
Venison served in this cute little cup accompanied with diced vegetable & pine nuts. The venison was a bit over cooked rendering the meat was a tad too chewy.
Stir Fried Kailan with Ham, Black Mushroom and Shredded Leaves
Arrived in an aesthetically-pleasant manner. I can tasted the sweetness from the kailan, juiciness of the mushroom & slightly salty taste from the ham from the mixture of ingredients.
Black Pepper Udon with Venison
Udon is my favorite type of noodle but I didn't enjoy this much as it was too peppery hot for my liking. For those has high tolerance of spicy food definite will love it.
Chiller Green Tea Pudding
Although our stomach was bloated at this moment but there is always room for dessert :P The green tea pudding topped with dollop of whipped cream was refreshing with hint of bitterness. Don't like the bitter taste? Don't worry, honey was served too. ^_*
Durian Pudding
A pudding that wow-ed everyone. It might look ordinary but when you scooped into it, a thick layer of fresh durian flesh, creamy &! amp; pun gent!!! This gotten me really ecstatic!
