Impromptu Menara Hap Seng Hand Made Pastas

Early last week, I received and invite to try out a hand made pasta restaurant located at 1st floor, Menara Hap Seng. It is located just beside my all time favorite Nagomi Shabu Shabu Restaurant. From the front door of the restaurant, the decor of the restaurant resembles an Italian household kitchen where emphasize on simplicity and efficient work space.

Front Look of the restaurant. You may notice at the far right corner, theres a translucent window where behind the glass were the kitchen table where all the fresh pastas made daily.

The pastas were 100% fresh made daily and no left overs serve to the customers.

The simple menu that have a complete sets of your daily meals ranging from breakfast, lunch and dinner. Not to mention a range of desserts. Snacks were there for those who are not keen into something heavy.

Crispy Cra! b Cakes RM11.90
Deep fried croquette like shredded crab meat.

Crispy outer layer with bountiful ingredient within.

Soft-shell Crab Salad RM12.90

Deep fried battered soft shell crab serve on green garden salad a perfect start.

Grilled Chicken Pesto RM15.90
The grilled chicken was a lil dry, maybe because they are using the chicken breast which are meant to be this way. The home-made basil pesto sauce taste real good however I like my Pesto to be slightly al dante. It is too soft for my liking in this case.
