my house is being renovated, finally, and i will hopefully get a bigger and better kitchen in two months. meantime, we have moved nearby and i dont have internet access in the temporary house. sometimes i come back to my house to use the computer but it's getting harder and harder because the house is dusty and in chaos. cooking anything fancy is out of the question in the temporary house because everything is here and there. i still bake everyday, testing and improving cake recipes, in another house where i teach baking. bear with me; i shall be back with a vengence in december.
there are two places left for my Occasion Cakes class this saturday. those are special cakes which will carry you through all the dinner parties for decades to come. i may not even teach classes again (even though i enjoy it n love meeting you all) because there's a change in my plans. that new venture will be revealed later.
p.s. we just got the cutest puppy last night, a chow chow mix. he's fat, gorgeous and so obedient! we cant agree on his name but i want a chinese name for him. pingping? feifei? yuanyuan?
