Aptly themed Santapan de Raja, the buffet spread features a variety of authentic and traditional cuisine from the Palaces. Led by the hotels three Malay specialty chefs, the buffet spread promises a culinary adventure by Chef Jamsari, Chef Kamaruddin and Chef Razak, all armed with years of experience in preparing authentic and traditional Malay dishes.

Often overlooked, Malay cuisine is not as easy to prepare as most people think. It is an incredible challenge! The spices have to be just right and it takes great skills and patience to cook most of the dishes to perfection, as most of the dishes need to be cooked overnight. The balance is all about preparing it without under or over cooking it, highlighted Chef Jamsari. Ever since he started his first job at the age of 21, Malay Chef Jamsari bin Mohamad, has been besotted with food. While he personifies happiness and is chatty amongst his friends, he makes no compromise when it comes to creating authentic and traditional Malay cuisines. Essences Chef de Cuisine, Abdul Razak together with Executive Sous Chef, Kamaruddin bin Adnin will be working alongside Chef Jamsari, merging their skills, experience and expertise! to prov ide an exquisite dining experience that will leave you wanting more.
