You can tell by the shadows that this was taken with the sun at its zenith. This is not the best time for taking photographs but when on an organised trip, in this case one to Vina Pomal in Rioja, one doesnt have the luxury of dictating the timetable. Still, this view from one of the extensive vineyard holdings of Bodegas Bilnainas, manages I feel to take in the majesty of the Riojan countryside.
