Festive Menu at Chynna, Hilton Kuala Lumpur

After our first stop in Senses, we moved on to Chynna, the award-winning Chinese restaurant in Hilton KL. There are two festive menus available until 2nd January 2012, specially created by Chef Lam. Chefs Recommendation of four small individual combination platters

Double-boiled turkey broth with egg white

Steamed sea grouper fillet with wincarnis wine and ginger

Homemade Pipa bean curd with assam sauce

Singapore chili crab meat fried rice

Red bean mousse with caramelized banana and black sugar

RM188++ per person

This was the only one I got to try out of the 4, the outer crust was nice and crispy, and not too oily.
