Good news folks! Paradigm Mall PJ now how a new renowned brand from Singapore which famous for their signature 8 colors Xiu Long Bao.
Paradise Dynasty is another culinary concept by Singapore-based Paradise Group that offers an exquisite yet affordable selection of northern and southern Chinese cuisine, inspired by the array of food in the different provinces across China encountered during the frequent travels of Eldwin Chua, CEO of Paradise Group. Like any other modern Chinese cuisine, they are practicing open kitchen concept which displays the culinary skills and high efficient operations across a compact kitchen with loads of chefs.
Upon stepping in to the main hall, you will see a main dining hall with a big buddha sitting in the center.

The deco ambiance of the restaurant were modern contemporary with a touch of Chinese Fengshui in place where I feel very comfortable and classy as we were heading towards our VIP corner that has big round tables and has move privacy.

We were there around 7pm and in less than 30 minutes all the empty tables and chairs were filled up. You may feel frustrated for not able to get a table on your maiden visit during weekends. Rest assured they got an efficien! t ticket ing system in place to ensure first come first serve basis and get the table in no time.

The buns were similar to the xiu long bao where it has a broth flow out upon having the first bite in it. Dobe careful when you enjoy them. I know the juice is addictive but you dont want them to burn your tongue which cause you not able to taste things further.
Chilled Assorted Eggs Loaf in Yang Zhou Style RM12.80
This cold delights is prepared with 3 different of eggs which includes normal egg, salted egg and century eggs. The taste is really good and I love it with the chilling taste of Eggs Loaf in Yang Zhou Style.
Drunken Chicken RM16
This dish is rather widely available locally but again their rice wine are imported from the place where this place origin from which giving a better aroma from the high quality rice wine.
Dried Shrimp & Scallion (Dry) RM12
This ramen at a glance give you a simple idea of kon loh ramen. But the scallion and its oil really spice up the bowl of ramen and I can just finish the whole bowl like that. Truly a simplicity with a kick! Recommended
La Mian with Dan Dan Sauce () RM13.80
Ramen with aSzechuan taste spice up further your meal. I wouldnt want to eat this as my opening dish as the numb feel will make your dinner tasteless after this.
Braised Pork Belly RM18.80
Another worth to be listed on the MUST ORDER list where the soup base are super tasty. The braised pork belly that come along also are in the top notch. Tender and fragrant meat that has its own taste blends well with the bowl of ramen.
The runny yolk egg giving you melt in the mouth experience. Try gushing it down with a sip on the soup.
In Paradise Dynasty, the ramen soup base is an essence of preparing loads of good dishes. This bowl of soups are not refillable. You can order a bowl of the plain soup for RM10 and I tell you it worth every single cents.
Pan-Fried Chicken Chop RM16.80
Crispy lightly battered pan fried chicken chop. I wouldnt mind ordering this if I am on a snacking crave. But if you are craving for snacks, theres a range of the restaurants specialty derived from Shanghainese delights.
Radish Pastry (3pcs) RM7.80
Flaky crispy skins wrapped with turnips.
The turnips inside are still piping hot even after leaving it for 30 mins.
Pan Fried Pork Dumpling (3pcs) RM7.80
This dumpling is not taken with vinegar and chili oil. Instead it is taken just like that to taste the best out of it. The meats inside are quite moist even though is pan fried.
Scrambled Egg White with Fish and Dried Scallop RM20
First you break the yolk and then spread it out to give a smooth texture on the egg whites. It taste almost like sharks fin soup if you are doing a blind folded tasting.
Sauteed French Bean with Minced Pork RM16
Braised Pork Belly RM26.80
For those who wants to eat rice with porks, this would be the best choice where 1 dish for the main course that comes with vege beneath. Tender and braised to perfection pork belly is a popular dish at Chinese dining restaurants.
Deep Fried Diced Chicken in Szechuan Style RM20
My favorite dish when I was working in China last time. I had this almost everynight as it can be a dinner or snack.
Red Bean Pancake RM8.80
Pan fried with thin and crispy skins wrapped with red bean paste. We had this a lot during Chinese Wedding Banquet Dinner as a dessert. Now you no need to wait someone wedding to get this dessert. You can get them anytime here at Paradise Dynasty. It is not overly sweet nor too oily.
Pan-fried Pumpkin Pastry (3pcs) RM6.90
Springy pan fried pumpkin flatten and lightly pan fried. Then drizzle with icing sugar upon served.
Rice Ball with Grated Nut (4pcs) RM8.80
This is a bigger size muar chee and rolled with grated peanuts.
Souffle Egg White Balls stuffed with Red Bean and Banana (3pcs) RM8.00
The black sesame filling inside, simply delicious!
Chilled Almond Pudding RM6.80
The almond pudding were intense in flavor for those who know how to enjoy it. This is a refreshing pudding that make you feel less bloated after the heavy meals.
