Japanese Food @ Nasubi, Crowne Plaza Ningbo

My favorite Japanese Restaurant Inaho Tei, in Crowne Plaza Ningbo closed down a few months back to be replaced by Nasubi. Unlike Inaho Tei which is All-You-Can-Eat Nasubi opted for an ala-Carte menu serving traditional Japanese Dishes.

Nasubi

Mushroom and Bacon Caesar Salad
Mushroom and Bacon Caesar Salad
The Mushrooms were a little over-salted which made it hard to eat on its own. We had to mix it with the Caesar Dressing and Romaine Lettuce.

Salmon Sashimi
Salmon Sashimi
The Salmon Sashimi was fresh but for the price I've definitely had better.

Beef Donburi
Beef Donburi
Nothing spectacular except for the fact I wished they gave us more beef.

Grilled Chicken Teriyaki
Grilled Chicken Teriyaki
The Chicken was perfectly cooked but was way over-salted.

Stir-Fried Noodles
Stir-Fried Noodles
This was almost impossible to eat. The Noodles were way over-salted. All of us had a couple of bites and returned it.

Braised Yellow-Tail
Braised Yellow Tail
The braising liquid wasn't too sweet which was a good thing and the Yellow-Tail wasn't overcook leaving it very moist. Another solid dish.

Grilled Eggplant with Assorted Seafood
Grilled Eggplant with Assorted Seafood
This was my favorite of the night. The Eggplant Meat was scooped out and stir-fried with an assortment of seafood in a Sweet Soy based sauce. It was then spooned back in and baked with Cheese.

Cawan Mushi
Cawan Mushi
The Cawan Mushi was a little dense for my liking and contained nothing inside except for a couple of pieces of muchroom and fake crab meat.

Cucumber Maki
Cucumber Maki
Nothing to rave about here. Just a simple maki.
< br>Salmon Tataki
Salmon Tataki Sashimi
The Salmon Tataki was served with French Dressing. It was good given the Salmon was fresh.

The food overall was quite good but for the prices I don't think it's really worth it.
