Steamed Corn

Steamed Corn
My daughter and I just love to eat corn. Don't you?
Both of us has been eating it for the past few weeks
for our Sunday lunch.
Cheap, easy to cook, healthy and delicious to eat.

2 Fresh Corn.
Take off the Ear Leaf and Silks.

Cleaned.

Use a knife to cut the corn or maybe you want to retain the whole corn.
By all means, it is up to you.

Cut all the way down.

Cut all the way down.

Finish cutting.

Look like this.
One cut and the other not cut.

Once the water in the pot is boiling,
put in the corn to be steamed for 15 minutes.

Look like this after 15 minutes. Turn off the fire.
Take out to cool slightly.

Pour in 1/2 tablespoon of butter and pinch of salt
(this one is for me ONLY) and stir until combined.
Another part, without butter and salt because my daughter
prefer it to be plain.

Or just take the whole steamed corn and brush wit! h butter and drizzle
with pinch of salt.

Now...dive and bite it immediately.
So sweet and yummy.
