A series of home cooked dinner by my wife.
Fish paste stuffed in assorted greens like - Bittergourd, Brinjal, Tau pok (tofu puff) and red chillies cooked in a Tau cheong (preserved bean paste) sauce and garnished with spring onion.
Deep fried Garoupa fish-fresh, fleshy and chunky.
Cubed sweet Japanese Pumpkin with minced pork-full of Vitamin C.
