In conjunction of the upcoming Merdeka day, I was invited to participate in their Merdeka Makan-makan Food Trail which organized by the management office. The same deal is open to the public who are freely choose what they want to eat from the participating restaurants that prepare a special meal sets to celebrate the memorable day.
We start off with the Malaysian Food Restaurant, Shyet-Lis Kopitiam which serving all sorts of authentic Malaysian Recipe.

A sinful plate of nasi lemak with kunyit fried chicken, s! ambal so tong, beef rendang, sunny side up egg, kangkung, anchovies and fish cracker greets the independence day with the traditional Malaysian dish. Thats not all, without the signature cendol on shaved ice to spice up the whole meal with a bang for refreshing and sweet taste.
