Let's try the Paris popular street snack banana crepe with Nutella ....sweet & yummy.
Goodbye Room 602, we are going to miss this room with such a magnificent view from this sole window. And bye bye Le regent hostel Montmartre.Time to walk and look for the train station. Yes we found you .... Gare du Nord. The station for Eurostar train and for St Pancras, London. Now that we found the station and with ample time we shall eat then.....
Kind of a "chap fun" shop, they called it Rapid restaurant.A friendly Chinese lady with heavy mainland Chinese accent serving us.Economic meal of 6Euro 1 carboh & 1 meat
Side orders of braised duck & stir fried beef with pepper.
Thank you to the friendly lady for taking photo of us.We shall remember this place. After a good lunch and easy checking at the immigration we boarded our train to London.Within 2 hours or so we reached London.
I like the air in London I felt that it is fresher than Paris.
Checked into the hotel @ Argyle Square it's just opposite & near King Cross Station. Our group reunited in London and went to Bayswater for roast duck dinner. There are so many Asians here and mostly students. A time for convocation where parents were seen at every corner of this street. While waiting for the rest to turn up we visit an English for some bitter.
This is the restaurant famous for their roast duck, Gold Mine. After a long wait we finally got a table to dine.the roast duck, I overheard someone mention that Loong Foong (PJ)'s is better leh......Featured in Time Out London in 2008.
