The ikan bilis (anchovies) gas is wholesome as well as full of flavour. The mee hoon kueh noodles done from flour, salt water as well as oil has a well-spoken texture; not as well chewy, not as well soft, my father gets it just right. Add in some choy sum, shitake mushrooms as well as gaunt pig strips (or duck strips if we like) as well as you've got yourself a tasty play of noodles. It's so good, we can easily eat 2 big bowls of this!
