Banana Caramel Cheesecake by Anna Olson (Makes the 23cm cheesecake)

12 crunchy oatmeal cookies

1/4 crater light brownish-red sugar, packed
1 tablespoon rum or lemon juice
3 organisation bananas, sliced


cheesecake
910g thickk thickk cream cheese, room temperature
1 crater light brownish-red sugar, packed
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
seeds ! from 1 v anilla bean
5 large eggs


caramel topping
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/4 crater water
1 tablespoon corn syrup or lemon juice
1 crater defeat cream


Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Grease the bottom of the 23cm springform vessel as good as wrap the outside of the panin foil.
