Yesterdays Mercedes-Benz Petronas F1 Team Bash was a blast!
The car was a beauty (well, we dont expect anything less from Mercedes right?) and the venue; the newly debuted The Pool has reasons to claim their venue to be the next hottest lounge+bar+club in KL.
Food was really good; especially so for the beef stew. No pictures of the food here as the queue was crazy and everyones impatiently hungry. Food was courtesy of the culinary team from Hilton KL, which is now headed by a new Executive Chef Ivan.
I managed to convey my compliments of the food to his team & grabbed a shot. I was in 5 inch heels here, but I still looked like a midget beside him!
Oh, The Pool has a young handsome bartendar too
who passed me a cocktail called SLK, creatively named since its Mercedes night. Its acronym for Serial Lady Killer; a potent mix of sugar, gin and something else which I promptly forgot after I took a sip!
Free flow champagne throughout the night ensured that everyone was on high & bubbly! 
Theres more to be revealed for The Pool soon, with their soon-to-be launched Japanese restaurant & lounge Kyoto Lab upstairs. A little birdie told me its non-halal!
SongstressDasha Logan, daughter to legendary Loganathan from the Alleycats serenaded the earlier part of the evening before the fashion show.
Yes, this is a Stylo party after all. The grand pool was turned into a runway. Too bad the models didnt walk INTO the pool! That would have been something!
Especially for Ellies design, which she themed Freedom- taking inspiration from scales of fishes.
Matildas avant garde designs were so yesterday. But thats just my personal opinion.
Highlight of the evening was F1 driver Sam Bird.
And of course, the Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster, which had just cleared customs.

Tonight is the last party for the week, also here at The Pool. ItsStylo Model Club Finals & F1 closing party so expect a lot of leggy models and well, I hope the food is as good as yesterdays!
