Pumpkin Pie Pop Tart Brownies

What you need:
2 eggs, and 2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick plus 2 tablespoons butter
7 oz semi sweet chocolate, chopped up
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
4 pumpkin pie pop tarts, shredded into bits

What you do:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 inch square baking pan with cooking spray. In a bowl with an electric mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, beat together the eggs and vanilla on high speed until they become frothy and light. In a saucepan, melt the butter and chocolate together. Once it is cooled, drizzle the chocolate along the side still beating on high speed. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Mix in 2 shredded bits of the pumpkin pie pop tarts, pour into the pan, and sprinkle the rest on top. Bake for 30 minutes.
