A must order when you are here! Sliced fish topped with julienned gingers and spring onions & porridge are served separately.
Fresh sliced fish (), drizzled with some sesame oil & added into your steaming hot porridge & stirred until cooked.

I think no need further explanation why I ordered this when my second visit :P The lovely & addictive fried intestine, love the crunchy sound every time I bite on it!
